JUST Consulting is run by Sóley Tómasdóttir, a prominent gender and diversity advocate from Reykjavík, Iceland. Her expertise builds on a combination of political experience, public debates and academic knowledge. Sóley moved to the Netherlands in 2016, where she achieved a MSc in Gender and Diversity Studies from Radboud University in 2018. Sóley has been an active change agent in Icelandic society for decades and has given numerous trainings and lectures on gender and diversity for public and private organizations.
